| Works with client to discuss alternative technical solutions |
| Consults with senior level decision-makers to discuss alternative technical solutions |
| Consults with clients and higher-level technicians and analysts to resolve technical problems and ensure client satisfaction |
| Excellent English language oral and written communication skills |
