The Programmer activities and responsibilities that will be required in this project include but are not limited to:
· Designs, develops and implements solutions using Microsoft.Net technologies and Oracle development tools
· Design and create user interface templates that can be used by UI developers
· Create UI prototypes and demonstrate them
· Create/configure/ program .Net provided UI classes/controls (to fit them to UI requirements)
· Interface UI with Web service components
· Use datasets to populate UI elements
· Software development and maintenance tasks including debugging, coding, testing, and implementation.
· Develop and/or modify technical and/or design specifications, technical writing and documentation
Skills Needed:
· 60 Months of experience in Designing and Implementing Information Technology Solutions.
· 60 Months of experience with PL/SQL and SQL server reporting services
· 60 Months of experience developing .Net Web Services
· 48 Months of experience with ASP.NET with AJAX
· 48 Months experience with Oracle database, and preferred experience with Oracle 11G
· 24 Months experience interfacing with the following legacy systems: Welfare Management System, Client Notice System, and Medicaid Budgeting Logic.
· 24 Months of experience with Visual Studio 2012 IDE
