| Working knowledge of application development in a variety of technical platforms |
| Planning and management skills, including scope, estimating, budgeting and resource allocation procedures |
| Strong analytical and conceptual skills |
| Proven leadership skills including team development and leadership |
| Positive interpersonal skills |
| Strong written and Verbal communication skills |
| Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects |
| Strong knowledge of Project Management processes and industry best practices |
| Demonstrated experience managing application development teams |
| Microsoft Suite experience (e.g, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) |
| Microsoft Project experience to include utilizing MS Project Server |
| Excellent organizational and presentation skills |
| Proven experience managing 3rd party vendor projects |
| Proven experience managing large projects (> $2M) |
| Proven experience developing and managing Projects |
Preferred Skills:
| Strongly prefer PMP Certification |
| Experience working in Project Management within government environment |
| Experience working with multiple government agency stakeholders |
| Six Sigma knowledge - KPIs |
