Job Requirements:  
Description of Work to Be Performed and the Specific Skill Sets Needed:  End-to-end Microsoft .Net system development using Visual Studio 2012, including developing database connections using entity framework, familiarity with C#/MVC programming, ability to work in Agile team environment. Also need understanding of claims-based security and secure programming methods.
 
List of Deliverables, e.g. what the consultant(s) will be expected to accomplish: ­ Design and develop user interfaces pages and controller code from specifications that will be provided.  The specifications will include user interface wire frames,  user interface requirements document and a UML diagram.  The code will be accepted after a review by development team members.
