Immediate requirement for PeopleSoft HCM Lead in Harrisburg, PA

Title:               PeopleSoft HCM Lead

Location:        Harrisburg, PA (Face to Face interview required)

Duration:        9 Months contract

 

Day to Day:

Consultants will be focused on the Peoplesoft HCM modules outlined below, including base benefit, payroll, absence management, employee and manager self-service.  These resources will be working as functional consultants for an HCM implementation (PeopleSoft System HCM 9.0 – 9.2.).

 

Must Haves:

·         5 years' experience with HCM, base benefits, payroll, absence management modules

·         3-5 years of experience with employee and manager self-service modules

·         1 year experience with PeopleTools 8.52

·         3 years prototyping / testing / training / QC / documenting acceptance criteria

·         3 years' experience working with PeopleSoft hosted on Windows

·         2 years of experience working with Tax Updates

·         2 years of experience with Office 2013, Visio, Data Flow Diagrams, Business Process mapping

·         Strong written and Oral communication skills are critical to be considered for this position
