• Knowledge of RODOD Processes
• Knowledge of eTOM processes
• Functional knowledge of Siebel, BRM, AIA, OSM
• Good telecom/telematics domain experience
• Prior experience in capturing Functional requirements
• Prior experience in documenting test cases
• Apt in Visio and Microsoft Office
• Ability to take ownership of functional requirements document
• Should understand end to end solution and design testing methodology and process
• Should be able to test use cases and validate results in respective applications
• Should be able to lead a group of testers and guide them as appropriate
• Should be good in written and verbal communication skills.
