Job Title: OIM-OAM with SSO

Required background:
Senior Architect with 14 -17 years exp./SSO Lead for 24x7 support program
SSO implementation/Support experience with expert skills on OIM&OAM(Primary)/OUD/OIF
The person should be technically sound and needs to drive the onsite-offshore team in
troubleshooting the issues in the production SSO platform of Citizens bank. This is a 24x7 support
program and the person should liaise with various other vendors and parties involved while
understanding the root cause and resolution of the issue. The person should be good in production
support concepts/ticketing etc.
