Urgent REQ:  SFDC Consultant --  Irvine California

 

Need: SFDC Consultant

Work Location : Irvine California

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Job Description:           •          Must be SFDC Dev501 Certified

 

v  Thorough understanding on the SalesForce development (Declarative, Apex Coding, VisualForce).

v  Thorough understanding on the Life Cycle of Development including Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, ChangeSet and Ant.

v  Ability to coordinate and work efficiently between on-shore and off-shore

v  Best Practices understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, VF, SalesForce Integration, Security implementations

v  Thorough understanding on the SalesForce objects and rationalize the usage

v  Thorough understanding on the Design patterns on what to apply and when

v  Ability to translate functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions.

v  Ability to develop a technical strategy, and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements.

v  At least 7 years of relevant systems design, development and implementation

v  At least 4 years of SalesForce implementation experience deploying enterprise solutions

v  Excellent oral and written communication skills

v  Configure/Implement solutions, provide documentation, training and knowledge transfer

v  Experience with large scale system deployments

v  Prepare and deliver training via web meetings or traditional instructor-led classroom style meetings

v  Identify solution and alternatives and articulate the pros and cons of the choices

v  Stay on top of the SFDC releases and the features and be able to implement it

v  Apply expertise of Salesforce.com and Force.com technologies and services

v  Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Systems or related category

v  Strong technical and business writing skills

v  SFDC Advanced Developer certification desired

v  Agile experience is desired
