Job Description:

A Livelink Developer and Technical Lead with strong experience in Open Text Content Server/Livelink development and administration. This is an immediate opening on the Enterprise Document Management Team. The team is managing and implementing an Enterprise Document Management System comprised of OpenText ECM Suite - Content Lifecycle Management (Content Server/Livelink), Brava for Open Text, Perfectus, and AdLib Express. Content Server modules include eSign, Workflow, Object Importer, LiveReports, Classifications, Records and Physical Objects Management.

Mandatory Skills:
• Strong experience designing and developing Livelink applications and integrations using tools including OScript, LAPI and Java.
• Strong experiencing installing, configuring, upgrading and managing Content Server/Livelink systems.
• Strong experience using Object Importer and developing LiveReports and Livelink Workflows.

Primary Job duties: 
• Design, develop, implement and test new and enhanced applications for both departmental and enterprise projects utilizing technologies such as the Livelink toolset, OScript, LAPI, Java, JSP/Servlet, JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, JDBC, Cascading Style Sheets, and DHTML. 
• Design, develop, implement and test integration of Content Server with external enterprise applications using LAPI and other tools.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve system technical issues.
• Lead and conduct system upgrades and installations, including Content Server and optional and custom modules, Brava, and AdLib Express.
• Technical lead for Content Server administration, design and configuration; including search configuration and optimization and index management; managing error logs and system back-ups; failover strategies and implementation; etc.
• Perform application development and integration within Livelink, including designing and creating Livelink Workflows and Forms and using tools such as Object Importer.
• Develop and implement document and data management processes, including legacy data and document migrations, ongoing imports and integrations. 

Required Experience: 
• 3-5 years experience Livelink development experience. 
• Hands-on experience on configuration and installation of Content Server systems, including Content Server 9.7.1 or Content Server 10. 
• Superior Knowledge of OScript and LAPI. 
• Strong experience developing LiveReports, Workflows and Forms.
• Strong experience working with Object Importer.
• Ability to setup and troubleshoot indexing and search services of Livelink. 
• Experience in Livelink System Administration, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Ability to accomplish task within a given timeline with minimal supervision. 
• Ability to work solo as well as in a team environment. 
• Self-learner and self-starter.
