SOA-BUSINESS RULES MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT….

• MUST HAVE a minimum of 3 years relevant Business Rules Management System (BRMS) experience
• Proven skills creating business plans, policies, procedure, and governance for developing and operationalizing a BRMS discipline
• Experience with BRMS change management process for business rules and tools lifecycle
• Thorough understanding with the challenges of taking the first BRMS application to Production
• Created SOA centric rollout plans to roll out new tools, technologies and frameworks within BRMS
• Created procedures to engage IT administrators to administer and/or configure the tools and technologies within BRMS
• Participated in SOA Governance process flow analysis and process redesign
• Worked closely with Project Team and the business customers to identify and analyze core business rules and their relationships within workflows
• Identified issues and risks found in the mapping of business rules to SOA methodology
• Worked closely with the Business Process Management to collect current business rules and recommend business processes according to the best practices
• Developed quality standards and governance which enforce consistent use of business rules management throughout the organization
• Provided a structured rules management discipline focused on re-use including rule definition, categorization, governance, deployment and management
• Business Analysis experience creating business, functional and non-function requirements.
• Active listening and communication skills (written and verbal) to produce a high standard documentation.
• Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.
