Lower level should have 5+ years of experience. Rate should reflect experience level. If the manager see two highly qualified, expert level candidates that fit he is not opposed to selecting both. They should have large enterprise experience, C# is a nice to have. The data mark is pulling from 32 source systems and expanding. Location: Pref. On Site, second best Brecksville, OH, will consider remote for great candidate. Interviews: Phone Screening first and then in person if possible, will begin ASAP. Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SQL, C#, ASP.NET Top Three Skills: Need someone who is really experienced with Micro SQL Server- expert level, entire Microsoft stack . One expert level, one can have less experience. Nice to have: robust development (general development) – new data comes in and will be processed, change some of the data structures there already. Financial services/ lending is a plus. Need to: look at accuracy and have data management and Reporting skillset
