Solution Lead JD ( net+ java)

Solution Lead will be a key member of the Enterprise portal redesign project team and is responsible for the overall technical design and build of the custom elements of a project in Agile model. The Solution Lead works as a team member along with the Engagement Manager, Solution Architect and supporting team members to deliver the complete solution for the customer.



Skillset - Over 10+ Years and Hands on experience in the technologies such as .NET anad Java web services

• Having a knowledge of Enterprise portal applications environments, Knowledge on SiteMinder/SSO implementation

• To be able to work with key stakeholders and able to convert business needs to design solutions

• Use independent judgment to design, analyze, document and develop technical architecture and solutions for enterprise

• Implement solution architecture by building components and custom designs and maintaining technical integrity

• Identify, analyze, recommend, implement improvements in system architectures

• Perform design, code and test plan reviews

• Lead, direct and participate in new technology adoption

• Communicate and resolve application interface issues

• Build strong internal or external customer relationships and manage high level expectations at all levels

• Must understand current operational frameworks and how their solutions will be managed through and after the implementation

• Accountable and playing a key role in the overall application design and execution

• Lead the due diligence phase of a pursuit and to validate and revise the solution as necessary

• Perform other duties as assigned or requested

• Good experience in Agile model
