.Net Developer Job

Plans, conducts, and coordinates business programming applications activities in a Microsoft .NET environment.
Conducts analysis and prepares designs for new applications or revisions to existing systems.'
Prepares system development estimates and schedules for application development activities.
Prepares and presents project design solutions to management and user organizations.
Maintain a strict adherence to programming and documentation standards.
Monitors current application status and prepares recommendations for system improvements.
Receives assignments in the form of requirements and establishes design solutions to meet stated requirements.
Work is accomplished with minimal direction.
May supervise and provide guidance to other personnel.
Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the technologies and the ability to complete difficult and complex assignments.
Develop and execute unit test scripts to ensure the highest quality software is being developed and deployed.
Contributes to the implementation of organization's goals and objectives.
Frequently interacts with outside customers and functional peer groups.
Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information.
Receives little to no direction on routine work, and general direction on new assignments.

Qualifications:

BA or BS degree or equivalent experience; preferably in a technical field.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET, database development, SQL, and Web-based applications is a must.
Experience working in commercial or local government business environments;
Analytical, communication, and presentation skills, both oral and written, are a must.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
Team leadership skills.
Must be flexible in outlook and attitude.
Excellent planning/time management skills.
Excellent client-facing skills.
Experience with a variety of development lifecycle methodologies.
