Job Tile: 2 SQL DBA
Location: Alpharetta Georgia
Duration: 6+ Months contract
Rate:$45/Hr on C2C Max..!!

Opening 1: SQL DBA with experience upgrading from SQL 2000/2005 to 2008 & 20012 – as well as experience migrating websites using IIS.

Opening 2: SQL DBA  with SOME Oracle exposure…experience upgrading from SQL 2000/2005 to 2008 & 20012- as well as refreshing Oracle Databases using Data Pumps

Qualifications:
4+ years SQL DBA experience
Prior experience on a SQL Database Upgrade (Version 2000 to either 08 or 12)
Windows 2008 & 2012 - must understand all components
Experience installing IIS 7/8 on windows 2008/2012
Strong SQL Troubleshooting skills

Plus:
Familiarity with T-SQL

Description:
Installation and configuration of SQL Server 2008/SQL2012
Upgrade SQL Server from 2000 to 2008/2012
Backing up and restoring SQL Server databases
Familiar with Windows 2008 and Windows 2012
Installing IIS 7/8 on windows 2008/2012
Configuring Websites on IIS 7/8
Upgrade from IIS 6 to IIS 7/8
Troubleshooting SSIS/SSRS issues
Troubleshooting SQL Server database Issues
Troubleshooting SQL Server performance issues
