Job Description:
As a member of IMS tools group, candidate will be responsible for developing tools to verify

Modem software's protocols/features, characterizing system performance and Stability testing in IMS Protocols including the following: SIP (RFC 3261), RTP, SDP, MSRP and other IMS protocols

 

Role Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities include Protocol level functional testing, stress testing, scoping out feature design documents and specs and coming up with best strategies and test plans; executing test strategies and test plans, developing and automation of test scripts, log analysis, troubleshooting/analyzing problems, optimizing system performance, improving the stability of the product and supporting customers with tools and its support.

Skills/Experience: experience in a test role Good Programming skills in one or two of the following is required: C/C++, Perl, Tcl/Tk IMS domain knowledge (SIP, RTP, RTCP and related 3GPP IMS protocols) is required Good background in one or more of following areas: CDMA2000, 1xEV-DO (Rev 0/A/B), LTE.
