Local candidate preferred.
Client has an urgent need for a Middleware Lead type of person. mentioned WebLogic, Apache, JBOSS and maybe even MongoDB.
Local to Minneapolis preferred, but if not, they do need to be an excellent communicator as they want this person to somewhat lead and maybe mentor the other people on the team who need some more work on the tools mentioned above.
