- The role is for a Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation of a new Policy System implementation (Majesco).
- Responsibilities include:
- Plan, facilitate and conduct requirements gathering / blueprinting sessions, meetings and presentations with Business and IT Stakeholders.
- Translate Business needs into Functional & Technical Specifications as needed.
- Document the business needs into requirements documents that are inclusive of user stories, process and data flows, and mock-ups.
- Identify data transformation/ mapping requirements as needed to support business requirements.
- Review QA Test Scripts and provide inputs to the QA Team.
- Participate in UAT planning & execution to make sure that the Business users are comfortable with the implementation and provide a user acceptance sign-off.
