Key Responsibilities and Job Description :

•        Elicit and Analyze Business Needs and Processes for Program Products 
•        Analyze and Account for the Dependencies and Integration between the Program Products 
•        Determine the impact and integration of design/solutions to Business Processes 
•        Maintain Product Backlog (Additions / Updates to Epics/Features / User Stories) in TFS 
•        Provide high quality standard Deliverables (BPMN, Epics, Features, User Stories, Business Rules, Use Cases, Business Data Dictionary, Data Flow Diagrams (as needed)) consumable by Business, Technical and QA members 
•        Provide Deliverables (BPMN, Epics, Features, User Stories, Business Rules, Use Cases, Business Data Dictionary, Data Flow Diagrams (as needed)) that are consumable from the Content perspective by Business, Technical and QA members 
•        Peer review their Deliverables (BPMN, Epics, Features, User Stories, Business Rules, Use Cases, Business Data Dictionary, Data Flow Diagrams (as needed)) before providing them to the Consumers (Business, Technical, QA members, etc.) 
•        Seek & Incorporate the Feedback into their Deliverables from Business, Technical, QA members, etc. from a content and context perspective 
•        Conduct Deliverable Reviews (BPMN, Epics, Features, User Stories, Business Rules, Use Cases, Business Data Dictionary, Data Flow Diagrams (as needed)) with the Consumers (Business, Technical, QA members, etc.) 
•        Provide necessary support to Business, Technical, QA members 
•        Plan Analysis work for the Release / Sprint for their Concept Team 
•        Participate in meetings from an Analysis perspective (Daily Standup, Release / Sprint Planning, Sprint Retro, etc.)
