Additional Notes - The person MUST have good communications skills - this is critical
Job Description -
1. Should have at least 8-10 years of experience as a BA (not the overall IT experience, as long as the experience is all in the BA domain). Please do not bring candidates with any lesser experience than this.
2. Experience working in an ERP system or at least on a global project implementation matching the size and complexity of an ERP application.
3. Should clearly articulate the roles and responsibilities shouldered in these projects from the first person PoV.
4. Extensive experience with documenting complex requirements and functional design documents.
5. Should have demonstrated ownership of requirements from cradle to grave.
6. Prefer a candidate who has a great deal of experience with either catering, logistics or financial domain. Anyone is fine but more is always welcome.
We have seen and spoken to several candidates who have enough experience but cannot show case their work in an interview. We only have an hour to make a decision and we want the candidate to have excellent communication skill and be able to present the points in a very structured manner.
We do not anticipate a lot of travel, but the potential candidate should have no visa restrictions if we have a situation in the future.
