Job Description:

• In this role, the Business Analyst will help drive the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• The Business Analyst will work with key stakeholders from Information Services and System Communications and Marketing to identify and document use cases for the Salesforce product.
• In addition, the Business Analyst will consult with technical teams to build an actionable data set in Salesforce that will meet the desired functionality of the business.
• Proven success in previous Salesforce products is required for job applicants
