Job Title: Mobile Developer
Location: Omaha Nebraska
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate:$40/hr
Ideal candidate is mobile developer with experience working with iOS and Android applications and experience with some type of hybrid tools (ones they will be using at Ensocare at cordova and ionic). He understands this is hard to find and I share with him the market for mobile developers and negative employment rate, etc.
He is open to/flexible on below:
- Sometimes people don't have experience with hybrid tools and more experience with native tools. He said if someone is open to using hybrid tools and jumping in and learning but only more experience with native—that is fine. Still wants to talk to him. I told him we have run into some people only wanting to go down native route and he said he has found the same.
- Not all candidates have Android and iOS. I asked him if we have sharp candidates and they are open to learning more sides (iOS and Android), then he is open to talking to sharp candidates.
