Duration: 6 Months CTH

Description:

This person will be responsible for planning, supervising, and implementing business process analysis and technology plans ensuring that technology solutions are in alignment with customer business objectives and initiatives. This individual will work with different groups within technology as well as internal and external business users developing and preparing business requirement documents as well as test, and implementation plans.

This role is responsible for identifying and documenting requirements and analyzing these requirements from a business perspective. The Business Analyst defines current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions) and works with the users and technology to ensure proper translation of business requirements to IT solution requirements.


Essential Functions:
1. Managing application systems development throughout the full SDLC, coordinating resources, insuring on-time deliverables, and managing end user expectations.
2. The incumbent is responsible for developing a positive and professional business relationship with internal as well as external users
3. Eliciting, documenting, and maintaining functional and non-functional requirements including system interviews, functional narratives and detailed Use Cases and Use Case Scenarios
4. Planning and leading application development and process improvement sessions, and designing the resulting business processes
5. Working with technical personnel to achieve a technical design that satisfies the defined requirements and functional system design
6. Resolving designing issues and project conflicts and assisting management in setting project task priorities
7. Supervising the development and execution of Test Cases and Test Scenarios in both System Integration (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
