JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Salesforce Developers are part of an Agile team delivering creative, sophisticated, and challenging applications on Force.com platform.
- They are critical members of the team and responsible for owning and executing delivery of custom solutions that are uniquely tailored to the business' needs.
- Developed solutions will utilize all areas of the Salesforce.com platform and require the highest quality implementation built for scale, efficiency, and a great customer experience.
- They work with the business to understand needs and detailed requirements and will be responsible for designing and delivering robust solutions to meet those needs.
- Creates custom formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, workflows, page layouts, email services, approval processes and field updates.
- Works with development team and business stakeholders to execute solution.
- Maintains relationships with key Salesforce team members, integration partners, and consultants.
- Maintains users, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules and queues.
- Maintains functional areas of accounts, contacts, campaigns, leads, opportunities, cases, dashboards, and reports.
- Utilizes Apex Data Loader or Salesforce Workbench to import and/or export data to and from Salesforce.
- Creates and maintains cloud design-and-deploy platform solutions (e.g. Skuid).
- Creates and maintain customer-facing, mobile responsive pages.
- Installs managed packages or any other Salesforce exchange applications.
- Track and log Salesforce support issues.
- Triage issues as they come in to help with assignment and routing of production support needs.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- College courses or Associates degree in Information Technology field (preferred).
- Current Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 or Salesforce Certified Developer [DEV401].
- Minimum 3 years' experience developing and implementing enterprise solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce experience including writing Apex and Visualforce triggers.
