FULL TIME POSITION
New order for a Client named Fin -tech, in Tampa Bay, Florida.
Pay is 85K +/-
Job Responsibilities
- The QA/Testing Analyst will document and perform all software quality assurance for the IT Development department.
- Must be well versed in Scrum methodologies and Agile environments.
- 5+ years automated QA experience, (QTP) preferably for a SaaS based company
- 5+ years working in a formal SDLC environment (preferably Agile) with leadership, and/or project management responsibilities.
- Create end-to-end test plan; execute the plan and manage all activities in the plan to ensure that all requirements are met and that the solution works as expected.
- The solution should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with legacy and/or external systems.
- Understanding of troubleshooting and bug fixing within infrastructure (primarily firewalls, switches and routers with security protocols, etc.) This person will be involved in fixing connectivity issues, bug fixes, etc. during an implementation of clients software.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree is a MUST, but it does not have to be in IT
- Experience in Quality Management Software and Processes
- Experience in testing automation
- Experience in Agile environment
- Scrum Master certification is desired
