- At least of 4+ years ServiceNow administration experience
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow core architecture, especially modules such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management,
- Experience in requirements gathering and analysis
- Skill to effectively analyze and solve problems
- Passion for providing great customer service
- Ability to work directly with internal clients
- Create, maintain and enhance team dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports
- Maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles
- Configure User Accounts, Groups and Roles
- Create custom Roles where necessary
- Create and maintain request items and descriptions Evaluate and configure systems for better performance
- Knowledge/Understanding of JavaScripting and/or any related programing languages
