3+ years of in depth vb.net applications (not web) development. (could be C#.net and someone with a good mixture of both would be nice)
3+ years of in depth SQL Server experience using simple to complex stored procedures, user defined functions, SSMS, and normalized relational architecture.
Visual Studio .net.
Winforms development.
N-Tiered development, ADO.net.
Strong understanding of Object Oriented methodologies in analysis and design including design patterns.
Understanding of source control techniques and practices.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for both technical and business audience.
Linq to SQL
Linq to Datasets
