Title: Sr. SharePoint/.Net Developer
Location : MD

Requirements
• Gather requirements, design, code, test, deploy, maintain SharePoint Portal and Web applications
• Perform complex analysis, design, development, testing and debugging of computer software
• Perform complex hardware and software design
• Construct and optimize a SharePoint Farm
• Build Web applications using MS Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), .NET/C#, SQL, and XML
• Utilize MS Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server
• Apply knowledge of one or more systems, platforms, and programming languages
• Create new collaborative solutions from older implementations
• Participate in writing system documents, including use case design documents
• Support user acceptance testing and production system deployment efforts
• Work under little supervision and assist with training junior software engineering staff
Complete technical/non-technical writing and formatting using MS Word and Adobe PDF
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent and 7 years of intensive development experience
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007
• Demonstrated experience developing Web applications supporting collaboration • Document management, calendar functions, and content management of diverse file types
• Knowledge of software life-cycle management and CMMI
• Knowledge of databases and data structures, including SQL Server and Oracle
• Ability to work effectively, independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience with application of government security requirements and OMB Section 508

Desired, not required
• Experience with SharePoint solution development, workflow, and enterprise search preferred
• MCTS in MOSS and/or SharePoint Services development preferred
