Job Description:

• Works with the Business user / leads / SME to collate and documents requirements.
• Prepare and review of the functional / test case documentation
• Clearly understand / review the client's design standards and incorporate in Business Analysis
• Proactively suggest process improvement and assists client in designing and implementing.
• Have strong writing skills to develop professional and accurate documentation
• Compiles data and develops, reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution

Essential Skills:

• 4-6 years as hands on Business Analyst.
• Experience of Learning Systems (SABA, Sum Total, Oracle ELM)
• Experience in ELM Reporting systems would be valuable.
• Ability to Work independently with little direction
• Ability to quickly understand the business issues and data challenges of the business' organization and industry.
• Able to excerpt system/ application requirements and business needs from related discussions.
• Ability to create professional requirements, design and test documentation
