Requirement:

 

Position: Sr. Software Engineer(C# & Silverlight)

Location: Folsom, CA

Duration: 6-12 Months Contract.

Rate: $45/hr on C2C.

 

Project Description:

Create a suite of rich-client tools which provide a simple, intuitive and highly visual (drag/drop, animation) interface for Clinicians. These tools will run in the browser using Silverlight 3 (or 4), using WCF RIA Services for asynchronous access to data services. The data services will use LINQ to SQL for access to data in a SQL Server database. The interface will be written to enable UX experts to modify the UI (through styles, behaviors, etc.) as much as reasonable. The tools will be integrated into a specific project which has a specific schedule, but will be designed with the intent of integrating them into future DHeG products as well.

 

Responsibilities:

Assist in design and authoring design specs. Develop application from specs; write test cases, debug, and development documentation, such as release notes.

 

Required Skills:

 

Ø     Exceptional software design skills.

Ø     C#

Ø     Silver light 3 (or WPF)

Ø     LINQ to SQL

 

Nice to Have:

 

Ø     C# 3.0 features, including LINQ

Ø     WCF RIA Services

Ø     ASP.NET

Ø     SQL Server and T-SQL
