-          Flex - Hands on exp in LCDS – Life cycle data services
-          Flex - Advanced Data Grid
-          Flex - Flex Remoting
-          Flex - Custom Renderers
-          Flex - Skinning
-          Flex - JS Integration
-          Hands on Exp in Cold Fusion components & Web services
-          Hands on exp in Apache 2.0.52
-          Hands on exp in Web logic 8.1.6.0
-          Hands on exp in Java – 2-3 yrs
-          Exp in Oracle 10 g and above / PL SQL
