Architecture focused
10 years experience working in a Microsoft AD environment
Previous MCSE 2003 certification
Strong knowledge of Microsoft PK infrastructure
MS SharePoint 2007 (clustering and high availability experience)
Experience security hardening Windows 2003/Windows 2008
3+ years of experience with VMwar
