Job Description:

 

Our client has an immediate and urgent need for 5 Business Analysts with SIEBEL experience for a long term 12 months assignment in Topeka, KS. The successful candidate(s) will possess strong analytical abilities and be capable of quickly and accurately identifying business requirements, specifying areas where processes could be improved and weaknesses eliminated. Strong documentation review and editing skills required. Identify, track and resolve issues in a timely manner. Strong communication skills and experience working closely with a development team. QA/Test process oversight. Project management skills include assigning and meeting schedules and managing resources. Siebel experience is needed!

 

Technical skills:

* Siebel CRM (public sector use highly preferred)

* Rational Requisite Pro

 

Nice to have but not required!

* ClearQuest bug tracking

* BizTalk Server

* Genesys CTI/IVR

* FileNet
