Location: Germantown, MD

Duration: 5+ Month Contract Assignment that can be extended.

Rate: DOE on our W2/1099 only

Positions : 4

 

Skills: Windows .NET WPF, ASP.NET, C#, SQL, WCF, .NET 3.5, MS Entity Framework, SQL Server 2005

 

Must be US Citizen or GC or EAD

Job Description:  

Application Developers Required:

1. Senior developer who does not require hand-holding
2. Good software design skills
3. Experience with Windows platform development, Windows .NET WPF and ASP.NET Applications
4. Proficient with the following:
   1. C#
   2. SQL
   3. .NET 3.5 SP1 (At least knowledgeable in one or more of the following)

                                                               i.      Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)

                                                             ii.      Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)

                                                            iii.      Linq-to-Entities (MS Entity Framework)

4. Web-based application with ASP.NET
5. SQL Server 2005 Desired (in order of preference)

                                                               i.      Oracle DB server

                                                             ii.      Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate

                                                            iii.      Java Server Platforms (i.e. WebSphere, Tomcat, Glassfish)

                                                            iv.      Message Queuing (MSMQ and JMS)

                                                             v.      Reporting Writing

                                                            vi.      Knowledge for Retail POS Systems

                                                          vii.      OPOS device programming, device programming.

 

Candidate will be on a professional work week meaning that the candidate maybe required to work over 40 hours but will only be paid 40.
