Job Title: Security Engineer  

Location: Charlotte, NC   

Duration: 6+ Months  

Rate: $47/hr

 

 

Position Description:

Info. Security Technical Support Engineer position for the PC/Workstation Encryption Team at Wells Fargo.

 

Required Skill Set/Experience:

- exceptional customer service, communication and organizational skills

- professionalism, sense of urgency and ability to effectively deal with critical situations is a must

- 5 years+ of Windows PC Analyst / Support experience - the ideal candidate will be a Senior Level PC Support person.

- strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills

- good conceptual understanding of Information Security and Encryption concepts

- experience supporting Windows PCs in a large scale Enterprise deployment (50,000+ users).

- proven ability to work well in a Team environment but also capable of working independently

- willingness, desire and proven ability to work on varied technical support tasks  windows scripting, technical troubleshooting, problem resolution, QA/Engineering Testing and technical documentation.

- willingness to work off-hours (approx. 4 to 8 hours per week) and participate in 24X7 on-call rotation one week per month

 

Skills/Experience/Certifications that would be a Plus:

- experience supporting MAC OS

- experience with scripting and/or programming in the Windows environment

- experience with Microsoft SQL Server / IIS

- MCSE, MCP, A+ and/or CISSP Certifications
