Assist with Hyperion User Training and Enhancement Support in terms of Planning and SmartView including common end user reporting and admin tasks Help client key FP&A users gain familiarity and proficiency in Hyperion Planning to address the following objectives:
Update client Planning application designs, including common admin tasks such as hierarchies, calculations, and data mapping, logic, and review common user tasks such as developing spreadsheet reports optimized for clients purpose.
Discuss user training and enhancement support needs Assist with updating Hyperion Planning user documentation Assist with training and various reporting enhancement needs
