Overall , our customer needs a front end expert plus excellent communication skills.

 5+ years development experience on high-volume, secure web applications using C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET.

1+ years development experience with ASP.NET MVC.  It would be a nice-to-have if the candidate also has experience with other MVC frameworks such as Rails or Struts.

4+ years developing experience with SQL Server including stored procedures and relational data modeling.

3+ years experience designing and developing Web Services.

Proficient in XML.

Proficient in both front-end (JQuery, DHTML/HTML, Javascript, CSS, …) and back-end development.

Proficient in HTML and Javascript including but not limited to JQuery.

Experience, or at least a strong understanding of, integrating a .NET web application with a content management system, multivariate and A/B testing application, and web analytics.

Proficient with the latest ASP.NET 3.5 technologies.

Experience with automated unit testing and test-driven development using MVC.
