Strong Mainframe development experience using CICS, COBOL II, COBOL, IMS DB/DC, JCL, Xpediter, File Aid
Mainframe - Z/OS IBM , COBOL, JCL, IMS-DB/DC, DB2, File Aid, File-Aid DB2, File-Aid – IMS, SPUFI, QMF, XPEDITER, SAS, MQ Series, ENDEVOR, EOS, Windows XP, Microsoft-Office Suite including Ms-Visio Diagrams, Rational Clear Quest, RUP methodologies, HIPAA transactions
Must have participated in the Planning, Analysis & Design of the projects
Must have created System Architecture Documents and Technical Design Documents for the projects
Must have created New Application Programs on Mainframe using COBOL, IMS-DB and DB2.
Must have Maintained existing programs and systems on Mainframe
Must have Performed Unit testing, Production Implementation and Warranty Support
Must have provided Defect Resolution and Reporting to Management
Provided Assistance in System and UAT testing to testing and business teams for test data creation and test executions
Responsible for weekly status report meetings with Project Managers, DBAs and the team lead to review the progress of development and to draw up the action plan to ensure the timely delivery of the production release
