Duration:6 months

Need consultants local to CA

Consultant should be 8+ years of experience

Requirement Details:

Tech Lead/Architect

1. OOAD, UML
   - Strong knowledge and large experience creating OO design using UML
(class, sequence, activity, deployment, use case, etc.)
   - Ability to explain design artifacts to developers
2. WF
   - Good understanding of WF structure (sequential workflows, workflow
services, custom activities, etc.)
   - Practical experience developing WF applications (at least, 2-3
projects; including the experience in debugging and testing WF)
3. WCF
   - Deep understanding of WCF structure (contracts, binding, encoding,
exception handling, security)
   - Hands-on experience developing WCF services for application stack and
integration

4. ASP.NET 3.5, AJAX
   - Good understanding of ASP.NET 3.5 features
   - Practical experience developing ASP.NET AJAX applications (at least,

2-3 projects)
5. Everything else:
   - Security
   - AOP, Spring.NET

   - ORM, NHibernate
   - Rules engines, ILOG
