Need Flex Developer

need candidates that have Vector Graphics background. Should be able to "smooth an image" in Flex. Should know that Flex component lifecycle. Any animation experience would be a plus. Experience with "skinning and styling" is desirable. Any background with FlashBuilder, version 4 would be a big plus.
