·         8 years Java development experience

·         5 years Oracle development experience

·         5 years JEE development experience

·         3 - 5 years working with JBoss application server

·         3 - 5 years Hibernate development

·         2 years RichFaces development

·         2 years JBoss Seam development

·         2 years working a lead developer

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
