here is a snapshot of what the client is looking for in a MASTER DATA resume and person.
·         A functional person that can relate on the level of the business and the people within the business. 
·         That person should have experience in Data Management in all modules and understand how it all works together.
·         They need to bridge the gap between the business and the SAP team.
·         They do not need to be so technical to the point they cannot communicate on the business level.
·         They need to understand data governance and how to build that organization.
·         They need to understand how to see data from a global perspective and convert the data that way.
They need to understand how to structure the organization post implementation on the centralization of processes
