Job Description
Position Description/Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible, but not limited to:
Understand current application architecture and recommend design to optimally deploy enterprise content management solutions
Leverage Service Oriented Architecture to integrate Documentum with corporate applications and third-party products
Evaluate new products as needed and create alternate approaches to fit the corporate needs
Intelligently discuss and challenge the development team to build efficient interfaces by recommending suitable approaches.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture team to make ECM a seamless part of the corporate infrastructure
Assess performance, scalability, security impact due to adopted/proposed architecture
Define server and storage sizing for new initiatives
Ability to identify any potential design issues and propose possible solution
Position Requirements/Technical Skills:
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in using DFC, SFS, JAVA, Oracle, XML, Web Services, JavaScript, Web sphere etc.
· Expertise in Documentum to perform an Architecture and Design review of large ECM projects
· Strong Documentum development background with ability to lead the development team by example
· 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years as architect
Desired Skills;
· EMC Proven Professional
· Experience in data migration from Lotus Notes to Documentum is huge plus
Knowledge of DCM, BOCS, Web Publisher
