3-5 years of development experience with Informatica Power Center and Power Exchange
3-5 years of requirements definition and business analysis experience
Track record of accurate work estimation and on time, on budget project completion

Complex logical reasoning skills, highly accurate and detail oriented

OVERVIEW:
Candidate will be responsible for the coordination of project deliverables for multiple projects primarily in an IT infrastructure support area. Referred to as a Release Manager and/or Release Lead, the candidate must have experience planning, controlling, and closing complex application and system implementation projects using a formal project management methodology.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
May manage multiple releases within a large program of moderate size concurrently
Involved in the development of strategic plans for projects of high business complexity
Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule
Adheres to Project Management Office (PMO) policies, procedures, and methodologies
Oversees relationship between PMO and the technology division (infrastructure side) to ensure that project deliverables are developed and met a high proficiency level in specific job related skills is required
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Infrastructure experience, Knowledge of health care claims systems, Experience in COMPANY and/or healthcare preferred
Familiar with system development life cycles, Rational Unified Process Demonstrated strong skills as a project manager leading system enhancements or new systems implementations
Must handle multiple priorities relating to multiple projects while coordinating delivery of project tasks on time and within budget
Proficient in formal project methodologies Knowledge of various infrastructures in a large multi-operating system, multi-platform environment
High proficiency in MS-Project and MS Project Enterprise Experience working with infrastructure teams to identify lead times on project deliverables
Conflict resolutions skills Strong project management and customer-facing skills excellent written communication skills
