Job Description

Candidate should possess in-depth hands on working experience with HP Service Manager 7 (SM7) tool with implementation, configuration & maintenance skill set.

• Request Mapping
• Service Catalog
• Configuration Management

Experience in Automation tools like HP DDM-I and DDM-A is a big Plus.

A detailed understanding and working knowledge on any alternate ticketing tools.
A good understanding of ITIL concepts and workflow, notably on Incident Management and Change Management.
ITIL certifications.

Strong verbal, written and clear English speaking communication skills to interact with Customers on day-to-day operations. Ability to understand US accent and respond quickly on phone is important.
