Role: PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 4+ weeks

 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

Implementation experience with PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Management experience. Required skills include excellent facilitation skills, conducting workshops, etc.

•Deep experience in implementing PeopleSoft Recruiting 8.9 & above. 

•Prefer someone who has implementation experience in both 8.3-8.8 modules and above 8.9.

•Experience with Recruiting 3rd party integrations such as Background Checks (HireRight), Job Board Postings & Aggregators (Arbita & eQuest), and Resume Processing (ResumeMirror).

•Solid understanding of Recruiting Business Processes and Best Practices in the industry

•Knowledge & experience with other Recruiting software products in the market

 

RESPONSIBILIITES

Conducting Fit/Gap sessions with the client
