Position Summary
Adobe is looking for a Software Engineer to complement its Omniture SiteCatalyst development team. SiteCatalyst is the second-largest SaaS product on the market and is used by the largest, most-trafficked websites in the world as a business intelligence tool for their online marketing campaigns. Adobe's online analytics platform processes 12+ Billion transactions on a daily basis, and delivers its data to customers via a slick web 2.0 interface. This Software Engineer will contribute to the further design, development & maintenance of the product using cutting-edge technology. This position is based in our Orem, UT offices within the Omniture Business Unit of Adobe.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop large-scale SaaS online analytics & optimization products
- Own major portions of the product and drive customer success.
- Creatively develop new product features/components that solve customers' issues.
- Optimize and test existing software to enhance and improve performance and functionality
- Make recommendations for system and process improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in software development
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented PHP development / LAMP environment
- Experience with large databases (over 10 Million records).
- Must be detail-oriented and very self-motivated
- Willing to work in a highly competitive environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
