Minimum Requirements:
1. Cisco ACE expert -  which specifically includes ACE network configuration/management as well as designing/implementing application load balancing scenarios
2. Experienced at integration of ACE product with Cisco 6500's
3. Expert in OSI L2/L3/L4 technologies
4. Firewall knowledgeable
