All skills are must-No exceptions Essentials Key technical/functional: Skill Level (1-5) Expertise in Oracle apps testing [ SCM, finance, HR, Demantra ] functional area 5 Knowledge on data migration projects wrt to testing 4 Ability to analyze Business/Functional requirement 5 Should know to use QC, QTP tools 5 Experience on manual testing/preparing test plans, scenarios, cases and test data for Oracle apps modules 5 Good written and verbal communication skills 5 Process awareness / Problem analysis and resolution 5 Experience in leading small team of 6-10 test analyst 5 Desirable Additional technical skills that would make the candidate more suitable Skill Level (1-5) Database Testing (Oracle / PL-SQL 5 Knowledge in Oracle Apps MUST 5
