Software Developer

Location:  San Francisco, CA

Duration: 1yr then RTH

GC or citizens only it is a RTH

Must have good experience with C++ and STL

 

Contract-to-hire. Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers. Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and develops fixes. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.

 

Job Description

• You will design and develop applications for a detailed system that ingests, aggregates, and presents complex financial data to our sophisticated customers
• You will use SQL and object-oriented programming on a daily basis to write, debug, and maintain code supporting our server-side calculation processing
• You will engage in technical design discussions, share your insight, and interact with employees at every level of our organization
• We are a fast-paced environment. We expect our engineers to be successful working with new technologies and on a number of different projects simultaneously

• Strong SQL skills, object-oriented programming experience (C++ and STL a must)
• Intellectually curious, adaptive to new technologies, skills, and procedures, and an ability to demonstrate competency in your existing skill-set
