Title: QA Lead with QTP and mgmt exp.
Rate: $32/hour c2c
Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 6 months

 

Skills: QA Lead with QTP and mgmt experience

AND…
MUST HAVE solid understanding of troubleshooting PC/Laptop IP connectivity variables (i.e - IP address, router config, firewalls, etc.)
This team supports/tests the client's In-Home Agent - an app that customers download to their PC's at home to do their own Troubleshooting of problems with their FiOS & IP/bundled services (tv, phone, high speed internet).

This QA Lead must have a solid understanding of the variables involved with troubleshooting PC's & laptops.
